MATT MILLER, Capital (AA): The Bruins all-world senior could make this list every week, but his performance in last Friday's 1-2 matchup against C.M. Russell was something special. With his team trailing 12-7 in the third quarter, the all-state wide receiver took a direct snap out of the "Wildcat" formation and raced 85 yards for the go-ahead touchdown. He added two more scoring runs in the second half, finishing with 201 yards on the ground and 3 TDs. John Madden used to always say, "Big-time players make big plays in big games," and that's exactly what Miller did.

BILLINGS CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL (A): If there was any doubt about who's the best team in Class A, the Rams certainly answered that question over the last few weeks. The latest victim was Laurel, who managed just 147 yards of total offense against Central's stingy defense. The Rams have allowed a combined 18 points to the second (Laurel), third (Frenchtown), and fourth-ranked (Custer County) teams in the state.
